Do those mini laptops ( notebooks) have a built in webcam?
and if you want to record a video straight from webcam on there. do you have to have a speaker and headset or can you talk just normally?

Yes they do and there called Netbook’s by the way. There is an Acer and an Asus which have webcams.

HP mini laptops/notebooks…..?
Do the HP mini laptops have CD/DVD Drives? Not the kind that record data but the ones that you can put a DVD in and watch a movie.
If they don’t have one, please give a website that does have them but that is also affordable (Maybe about $75, but also reliable). They may not be called CD/DVD drives, I’m not exactly sure.

Many smaller “Notebooks” do but “Netbooks” do not have any type of optical drive because they are so small that you can’t put a lot of hardware in them so specs are minimal. You could buy an external USB CD/DVD drive to attach to a netbook, but western union sri lanka udawalawe I am sure you would have battery life issues if you do.

A MacBook Nano concept.
Note the full size touchscreen and ‘QWERTY’ keyboard and optical disc drive.
The operating word here is Concept
It’s just like concept car, they flash in the auto show but when they come to market, they are toned down.
We just have to wait and see !

i was just wondering cause i like most computer westernunion locations games and i was just wondering if the mini notebooks good on the kind of stuff cause i really want one.

No. Mini notebooks or netbooks are not for games. Period.
Edit: Sorry, I was wrong. You can play solitaire on those.

Netbook is likely what you are looking for.
As for Flybook just Google it, but personally I would never pay that much just to “look cool”.
