Hp Printers?
i have an hp all in one printer c4180, i have inserted the cd and followed the instructions but for some reason it allways stops and freezes my computer on the 5/8 step of the installation. can anyone help please.

Make sure that the printer is NOT connected to the computer. Uninstall any software for the printer that may be present. Reboot…Install the software for the printer…then and only then connect the printer

I need t0 get a new HP Printer, one that takes no. 11 color ink cartridges and no 10 black ones as we have loads in stock from our old printer. The printer we had was quite old (about 5 years) and so is now discontinued…..any ideas where i can get a cheap replacement that will use the cartridges we have got?

What type of HP printers take hp 94 and 97 ink cartridges?
My printer is a piece of crap and doesn’t work anymore and I want to upgrade. What models of HP printers take 94 and 97 ink cartridges? If you know offhand please list which ones you know of so I can just go online and buy! I prefer an all in one printer but not necessary.

How can we stop HP printers from printing funny characters when the page gets stuck and waste tens of sheets?
When HP printers encounter a problem and when I stop and restart a printer it prints several sheets of funny characters on top of the sheet.
It continues for about 20 to 30 sheets. How can we stop this.

Go to the HP website and download the most recent software for your printer. Also, if you have to turn off the printer during a print job, make sure you delete the print job off of the computer before you turn it back on. If there is a print job on the computer you will see a printer icon in the bottom right of your screen (near the time). Open that icon and right-click and cancel or delete any job listed. If you power on the printer when there is a job waiting it will print gibberish.

What do you think of HP printers and scanners?
What is your opinion of HP printers and scanners? Are they the best on the market, or would you recommend using a different brand? Are they reliable? Easy to use?
Please let me know so I can figure out what to buy!

Hp is very well-rounded. They tend be be very sleek looking with higher quality parts than other generic manufacturers. Although the only problem with HP is that they are very proprietary meaning that if something breaks or you lose something such as the power supply you can’t buy a generic one to replace it, you’ll have to buy a replacement thats made explicitly from HP and the replacements parts cost more than generic. As far as scanners go, they get the job done and some offer many options, especially the all-in-one printers. Good-luck!
